Go away, just let me sleep
Everything exhausts me
You can wake me up next week
I feel my life begin to seep
Away from me, leaving no glee
So go away, just let me sleep
They may say "sleep is for the weak"
But my body makes a desperate plea;
You can wake me up next week
I pass out, my head hurts, I weep
Please, I'm not just lazy
So go away, just let me sleep
At this rate my future looks bleak
At least for the time that be
You can wake me up next week
My, my, I'm so very tired
In a dream from this life I might flee
So go away, just let me sleep
You can wake me up next week
Everything exhausts me
You can wake me up next week
I feel my life begin to seep
Away from me, leaving no glee
So go away, just let me sleep
They may say "sleep is for the weak"
But my body makes a desperate plea;
You can wake me up next week
I pass out, my head hurts, I weep
Please, I'm not just lazy
So go away, just let me sleep
At this rate my future looks bleak
At least for the time that be
You can wake me up next week
My, my, I'm so very tired
In a dream from this life I might flee
So go away, just let me sleep
You can wake me up next week
