My body is collapsing in on itself
It's a brilliant white dwarf star but it's about to supernova
I hope the people around me can see the neutrons fusing
And know to escape to a minimum safe distance
Because soon I'll be a black hole and anything too close to the horizon will get sucked in
My stomach is in Celtic knots that would put an Irishman to shame
It's not a knot that can keep me together
It's one that just unravels the rest of me to fuel its own twisting adventure
The pressure is on and it's turning my into a diamond
Not the kind you'd find in an engagement ring
The kind that you'd find in a museum
With a placard detailing how not to end up like that
